DMS available again – processing resumed The disruption in communication with CERTEX appears to have been resolved. DMS is fully available again and new declarations are being processed normally. Declarations submitted during the disruption period are being processed retroactively. Some delay may occur until the backlog has been fully cleared. We continue to monitor the situation.
