The process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is unavailable from Monday 03-06-2024 06:37.
Investigation revealed that the cause of the disruption was not in the DMS application, but on one of the Customs platforms. A solution is currently being worked on.

You may receive an error message that your permit number is incorrect or invalid. This is due to the disruption of an underlying system.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
