UPDAT: 12:45 The process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is unavailable from Tuesday 03-06-2025 09:40.

There is currently a disruption in the interface system for VAT transfer. No VAT transfer takes place for import declarations, despite an art. 23 VAT transfer permit. A solution is currently being worked on.
All messages sent after 09:40 will be buffered and processed as soon as the problem has been resolved.
A solution is being sought for declarations that have already been processed and where no VAT transfer has taken place incorrectly. More information about this will follow later, in consultation with Customs Declaration Processing.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
