Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Wednesday 23-10-2024 12:00 until (expected end-time) Wednesday 23-10-2024 13:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Entry of goods to the EU (Single Window)

Entry into the EU (Single Window) is limited available from Wednesday 23-10-2024 between 12:00 and 13:00. This due to necessary maintenance. Maintenance concerns the TSD and TSR messages. The messages will be buffered during this period. You can use the emergency procedure. We advise you to use the emergency procedure only if in your opinion the logistic process requires declaration handling. You may use the fallback procedure. We advise you to use the fallback procedure only if, in your judgment, the logistical process requires declaration handling.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
