Publication date 25-08-2025, 10:46
The availability of the process Proof of Union Status (PoUS) is limited from Friday 22-08-2025 10:42.
Due to a technical issue, the Proof of Union Status (PoUS) process is currently limited. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on a solution.
The written emergency procedure may be used.
For license holders:
You may use your own paper T2(F)L documents, stamped and numbered. These documents will be accepted during physical checks and when goods are leaving (Portbase).
For non-license holders:
You may use your own paper T2(F)L documents. These written applications must be submitted in person at the Service Desk at Reeweg 16, 3088 KA in Rotterdam.
Dutch Customs is aware that this is not always feasible for companies outside the region (such as in Groningen or Limburg).
One solution is to go to your nearest Service Desk and ask them to contact the Service Desk at Reeweg 16, 3088 KA in Rotterdam.
Your T2(F)L will be registered by the Service Desk at Reeweg in Rotterdam and the T2(F)L form will be stamped by the Service Desk in your region.
The stamped T2(F)L can then be emailed by the Service Desk in your region to: Douane.dbr.frontoffice.reeweg@douane.nl
If you have any questions about this, please contact us at: douane.dbr.frontoffice.reeweg@douane.nl.
