Proof of Union Status (PoUS) availability is limited

The availability of the process Proof of Union Status (PoUS) is limited from Friday 28-08-2026 11:03.
Since the new PoUS release, approximately 1 in 4 declarants have been experiencing problems linking and/or uploading documents to their PoUS declarations. If, after several attempts, you are still unable to upload the required documents, please follow the instructions below that apply to your situation. Brussels is currently working hard on a solution.

  • PoUS declarants without an ACP authorisation may complete the application electronically and email the supporting document(s) to douane.dbr.frontoffice.reeweg@douane.nl.
  • PoUS declarants with an ACP authorisation may make use of the emergency procedure.
