Proof of Union Status (PoUS) is available again Proof of Union Status (PoUS) will be fully available again from Thursday, September 4, 2025. The emergency procedure has been discontinued and can no longer be used. License holders Applications submitted in PoUS by a license holder authorized supplier during the period of unavailability will no longer be processed automatically. Companies still awaiting a T2L(F) application are requested to resubmit their application. Non-license holders Applications submitted on or after September 1, 2025, by a non-license holder will still be processed. Applications submitted before September 1, 2025, must be resubmitted.
