The process Reporting persons on board (Single Window – PAX) is unavailable from Friday 24-11-2023 08:39.
Currently, there is no messaging possible due to a malfunction. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Due to a a necessary Change within the Border Guard system, you now have permission to send your pax messages through the Border Control Emergency Procedure until further notice.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs handling of declarations.
