Scheduled maintenance Customs E-Commerce (Deco)

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Wednesday 21-07-2021 10:00 until (expected end-time) Wednesday 21-07-2021 10:30.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Customs E-Commerce (Deco)

Due to emergency maintenance, DECO is not available from 10pm to "expected end time" at 10.30pm.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
