Scheduled maintenance Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2)

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Thursday 12-03-2026 10:00 until (expected end-time) Thursday 12-03-2026 10:30.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2)

From Thursday 12-3-2026 10:00 untill 10:30 12-3-2026 (CET) essential maintenance will be performed on the Shared Trader Interface (STI CR).

This has an impact on:

ICS2 - sending messages.
ICS2 - receiving messages.

All messages are buffered during maintenance while the component is unavailable and will be processed after it is restored. For further information see BCP ICS2 emergency procedure.

If you choose to start the customs procedure/procedure and remove the goods, you will have to apply the ICS2 emergency procedure.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
