Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Tuesday 17-09-2024 11:00 until (expected end-time) Tuesday 17-09-2024 12:30.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Entry of goods to the EU (Single Window)

Entry into the EU (Single Window) The availability of the process Bringing in the EU (Single Window) is limited from Tuesday 17-09-2024 between 11:00 and 12:30. This is due to necessary maintenance. Maintenance concerns the TSD and TSR messages. The messages will be buffered during this period. You can use the emergency procedure. We advise you to use the emergency procedure only if in your judgment the logistic process requires declaration handling.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
