Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Saturday 09-04-2022 10:00 until (expected end-time) Saturday 09-04-2022 13:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

• Entry of goods to the EU (Single Window)
• Entry of goods to the EU (ICS2)
• Exit from the EU (Single Window)

Scheduled maintenance has started. You can deliver messages as usual, these will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After completion of the maintenance, the messages will still be processed and possibly return messages will follow.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
