Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Tuesday 17-09-2024 10:00 until (expected end-time) Tuesday 17-09-2024 11:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

• Exit from the EU (Single Window)

Exit from the EU (Single Window). The availability of the process Exit from the EU (Single Window) is limited from Tuesday 17-09-2024 between 10:00 and 11:00. This is due to necessary maintenance. Maintenance concerns the AAX, MFX and REN messages. The messages will be buffered during this period. You can use the emergency procedure. We advise you to use the emergency procedure only if in your judgment the logistic process requires declaration handling.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
