Not scheduled maintenance Import to EU and Storage (AGS)

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Wednesday 12-08-2020 15:00 until (expected end-time) Wednesday 12-08-2020 15:30.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

• Import to EU and Storage (AGS)

Unplanned maintenance: You can submit messages as usual, they are not processed during the maintenance but buffered. After the maintenance, the messages are still processed and any return messages will follow.

This afternoon at 3:00 pm an urgent fix will be done to solve the problems surrounding the transfer of VAT (article 23). AGS import and storage is not available for 30min.
You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

Only use the emergency procedure if it concerns an urgent shipment. Otherwise, please wait until after the short maintenance.
