Scheduled maintenance Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS)

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Tuesday 19-01-2021 13:00 until (expected end-time) Tuesday 19-01-2021 12:59.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS)

Maintenance has been completed successfully.

The situation below still applies:
At the moment there are still problems with AGS declarations where the 'payment by' (payer) box is not filled. Normally, these returns are cash and as declarant you will receive a UTB (DMSTAX). Unfortunately, you will not receive a return message in this situation at the moment.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
