Scheduled maintenance Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS)

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Thursday 23-09-2021 14:00 until (expected end-time) Thursday 23-09-2021 15:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (AGS)

Due to emergency maintenance, AGS is not available from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
