Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Thursday 13-08-2026 10:00 until (expected end-time) Thursday 13-08-2026 11:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

• Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS)

Urgent System Maintenance : You can continue to submit messages as usual. During the maintenance, messages will not be processed immediately but will be buffered. Once the maintenance has been completed, the messages will be processed and any applicable response messages will be sent. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
