Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Friday 12-11-2021 17:30 until (expected end-time) Friday 12-11-2021 18:30.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Mijn Douane

Due to maintenance on Tuesday 9 November, not all information is visible when you file a declaration of excise and consumption tax between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. You can submit a declaration during the maintenance, but you will not be able to see a payment reference or other information about your declarations. This also applies to refund requests.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
