Scheduled maintenance Transport (NCTS phase 4)

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Tuesday 29-10-2024 08:00 until (expected end-time) Tuesday 29-10-2024 16:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Transport (NCTS phase 4)

You can use the emergency procedure Authorized Consignee NCTS. All Permits Permitted Sender for phase 4 are no longer valid as of 08:00 a.m., you can only submit departures as of 16:00 in NCTS phase 5. NCTS Phase 5: Available from 16:00

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
