Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Saturday 11-01-2025 10:00 until (expected end-time) Saturday 11-01-2025 13:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Transport (NCTS phase 4)
  • Transport (NCTS phase 5)

Currently, there is no messaging possible due to a malfunction. We apologise for the inconvenience.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
