Scheduled maintenance Transport (NCTS phase 5)

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Tuesday 29-10-2024 08:00 until (expected end-time) Tuesday 29-10-2024 16:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Transport (NCTS phase 5)

NCTS phase 5 will be available from 16:00. You cannot submit electronic messages for departure and arrival before this time. Between 08:00 and 16:00, you can use the emergency procedure for NCTS phase 5.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
