The availability of the process Ship stores (Single Window) is limited from Tuesday 17-09-2024 09:30.

Provianding (Single Window). The availability of the process Proviandering (Single Window) is limited from Tuesday 17-09-2024 between 09:30 and 10:00. This due to necessary maintenance. Maintenance is related to PRO messages. The messages will be buffered during this period. You can use the emergency procedure. We advise you to use the emergency procedure only if in your judgment the logistic process requires declaration handling.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
