The availability of the process Transport (NCTS) is limited from Sunday 27-09-2020 21:25.

UPDATE:
Yesterday it was reported that there are problems with documents from different Member States. This problem is still present.
This means that you may not receive a return message on your arrival notification if the document comes from another Member State.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
