The availability of the process Transport (NCTS) is limited from Sunday 06-12-2020 10:20.
Return messages are not sent from foreign MRNs.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.

Since midnight, return messages have not been sent for foreign MRNs. For example, you will not receive permission to unload on the submitted arrival notification. This is being worked on.
