UPDATE: Transport (NCTS) availability is limited

The availability of the process Transport (NCTS) is limited from Monday 27-07-2020 08:37am.

UPDATE:
At the moment we are still working hard to find a solution. The situation is still the same. Transport documents to other member states are still NOT processed in the Dutch NCTS system. As soon as we know more, we will inform you via this way. Once again apologies for the inconvenience.

If you do not receive a return message on your submitted declaration or arrival notification, you can use the emergency procedure. We advise you to apply the emergency procedure only if, in your opinion, the logistics process requires declaration treatment.
