The availability of the process Transport (NCTS) is limited from Sunday 27-09-2020 21:25.
Messages from certain Member States are not currently processed. This concerns documents from Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany. For example, arrival reports that do not receive permission to unload.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
