The process Transport (NCTS) is available (again) from Tuesday 20-08-2024 10:15.

On 19-08-2024, between 18:20 and 20:30, NCTS has had a malfunction. If you are still missing messages, the situation below applies: We are working on a solution. Re-send requests by email or telephone will not be processed. – You can use the emergency procedure for departure (NCTS). You do not need to contact the Customs Office for this. – Another option is, to have the current declaration inactivated and prepare a new one. – You may unload the goods in advance for the ‘destination declarations’. We are in the process of creating and sending the IE043 messages. As soon as you receive these you can submit an unloading report. We apologize for the inconvenience.
