The process Transport (NCTS) is available (again) from Monday 12-10-2020 16:38.
The process is available again.

The emergency procedure is not or no longer applicable

The delay in messaging has been resolved. Unfortunately it was not possible to resubmit the missing messages.

The declarations for which no return message has been received must be submitted again as a completely new declaration with a new LRN number.
