The process is available again.

The Emergency procedure can no longer be used. If the declaration was started in phase 4, it must also be finished in phase 4. For new declarations, you can use NCTS phase 5. For available information on phase 5, click on the link below: https://nh.douane.nl/home/ncts-fase-5/
