The process Transport (NCTS phase 4) is unavailable from Tuesday 29-10-2024 08:00.

All permits Permitted Sender for phase 4 are no longer valid from 29-10-2024 08:00 am. The prio 1 disruption is pretty much resolved. We plan to go live with NCTS phase 5 (DVA) as soon as we have assurance that everything is running stably. Keep an eye on these updates for an exact start time. The emergency procedure for NTCS phase 4 and NCTS phase 5 (DVA) may be used until 12:00 am on 31-10-2024. A new update message will follow around 17:00.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
