Transport (NCTS phase 4) is unavailable

The process Transport (NCTS phase 4) is unavailable from Tuesday 29-10-2024 08:00.

All permits Permitted Sender for phase 4 are no longer valid from 29-10-2024 08:00 am. The prio 1 disruption is as good as resolved. The prio 1 disruption which was hindering the commissioning of NCTS phase 5 (DVA) has been resolved. This has allowed us to pick up the final preparatory steps for going live and to release the going live of NCTS phase 5 (DVA). However, given the late hour, we have decided to allow the release for connecting business from 9am tomorrow morning (31 October 2024). So that we can provide sufficient support should the need arise. As communicated earlier, the emergency procedure for NCTS Phase 4 and NCTS Phase 5 (DVA) will remain in effect until 12.00 am (31 October 2024).

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
