The availability of the process Transport (NCTS phase 5) is limited from Wednesday 04-12-2024 15:19.
We have detected a failure with the departing documents NCTS phase 5. The messages (IE015) submitted as of 13:05 are stuck causing you to not get any return messages back. We are working hard on a solution. Please use the emergency procedure for this process (NCTS Phase 5 departures) until further notice.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
