Transport (NCTS phase 5) availability is limited

The availability of the process Transport (NCTS phase 5) is limited from Thursday 20-03-2025 05:32.

Currently, declarations cannot be made at offices of departure and destination NL000144 and NL000155. For shipments to and from offices NL000144 and NL000155, an alternative office must be chosen for now. The problem is being investigated and will be resolved as soon as possible. The cause has been found and after 00:00 tonight the offices could be used again.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
