Transport (NCTS phase 5) availability is limited

The availability of the process Transport (NCTS phase 5) is limited from Friday 23-05-2025 10:29.

We are currently experiencing problems in the declaration process for Customs Transport when registering shipments from and to abroad. The cause is being investigated. If you have problems registering the shipment at the destination, you can use the emergency procedure. You will be notified as soon as the problem has been resolved.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
