The availability of the process Transport (NCTS phase 5) is limited from Saturday 27-09-2025 20:28.

You may not receive return messages for NCTS T documents, either on arrival or departure. If you do not receive a return message, you can use the emergency procedure.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
