Transport (NCTS phase 5) availability is limited

The availability of the process Transport (NCTS phase 5) is limited from Thursday 23-01-2025 10:39.

Update: The number of message rejections between the departure and destination offices is decreasing, but there are still issues that need to be resolved. These are matters that need to be adjusted both in the Dutch DVA system and in various other countries. Therefore, we still advise that, in case of no return message (IE043 - permission to unload) with an arrival message (IE007), the emergency procedure at the destination should be applied. You do not need to contact the NHD for this. As soon as more clarity is available regarding this situation, we will post another update on this page.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
