The availability of the process Transport (NCTS phase 5) is limited from Friday 07-02-2025 14:10.

There are still incidents in several countries that cause us not to be able to process all arrival messages. Therefore, we still advise that if a return message (IE043 - permission to unload) is not received when an arrival notification (IE007) is received, to apply the destination emergency procedure. You do not need to contact the National Customs Helpdesk for this. An update will follow as soon as there is more clarity on this situation.

You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
