The process Transport (NCTS phase 5) is available (again) from Monday 17-02-2025 14:53.
The process is available again.

The issues with processing some arrival notifications have been resolved this afternoon. As a result, the limited availability of NCTS destinations has been lifted. You can now submit all arrival notifications electronically again. We are still investigating how to handle the shipments that were processed through the emergency procedure.
