The process Transport (NCTS phase 5) is available (again) from Friday 01-05-2026 12:07.

The language code "nl" is now once more supported for NCTS Phase 5. Messages that were rejected earlier today with the notification that the language code "nl" is not known in code list 192 can be resubmitted and will now be accepted.
