( UPDATE ) Scheduled maintenance Customs E-Commerce (Deco)

The past week has been a very eventful one. The disruptions of the past few days have resulted in several business problems due to prolonged unavailability of our important primary systems. At the same time, we also put a new transportation application on the air. This has demanded a lot from our partners and environment. It has led us to limit the scheduled Major Release (initially scheduled unavailability 0800-1600 hours) of Saturday, November 2 to only the most necessary changes. Contrary to previous reports, the new transport applications (DVA), the applications (ICS2) Entry and Exit and the Excise Goods Transport will remain fully available this weekend. DMS and DECO (entry and exit process) will go down for a shorter time. There we would like to add desired key functionality. (DMS ability to declare up to 500 declaration lines). This means that the systems DMS from 8:00 to 11:00 and DECO from 8:00 to 9:00 will be unavailable. By this limited unavailability, we hope to meet the desire to have “Customs processes available ‘around the clock’ for business.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
