( UPDATE ) Scheduled maintenance Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS)

The planned maintenance will take longer than expected: You can deliver messages as usual, they will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After the maintenance ends, the messages will still be processed and any return messages will follow. The expected end time is currently 20:00. You can use the emergency procedure. We recommend that you use the emergency procedure only if, in your judgment, the logistical process requires declaration handling.

The process Import to EU, Export from EU and Storage (DMS) is unavailable from Sunday 08-12-2024 09:00.
Scheduled maintenance: You can deliver messages as usual, these will not be processed but buffered during the maintenance. After completion of the maintenance the messages will still be processed and possible return messages will follow.
You are allowed to use the fall-back procedure. However: it is our advice to use the mentioned procedure only if, to your opinion, the logistic process needs treatment of declarations.
