My Customs is not available from 7 a.m. to "expected end time" at 4 p.m.

Required maintenance on Government systems will be performed from Saturday 15-10-2022 08:00 until (expected end-time) Saturday 15-10-2022 16:00.
As a result the following Dutch Custom mainprocess(es) are unavailable:

  • Mijn Douane

Due to maintenance on Saturday 15 October, you will not be able to submit a declaration or request for a refund of excise or consumption tax between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.

You will be informed about the availability of the involved process(es).
