Update: Discharge report Conformably reported but not yet released

Analysis of the submitted unloading reports shows that in the current NCTS phase 5 system, many more shipments are received where the status of sealing is reported as non-compliant, while the shipment
itself is compliant. As a result, these consignments can only be manually terminated by Customs and may take longer to be sent IE025.
For faster processing of these shipments, please check carefully that both fields are filled in correctly.
