UPDATE error arrival reports (punctuation marks) NCTS.

On Tuesday, November 8, 2022, an adjustment to the existing workaround was installed.

This prevents the rejection of arrival reports in particular.

The adjustment does mean that sometimes an _ (underscore) appears in an unexpected place in a message.
Unfortunately, this cannot be prevented and we do not expect this to lead to major problems.

Messages that have already been rejected cannot be changed afterwards, so the existing emergency procedure will continue to apply.

There is no definite answer yet about the DMSEOG messages that were not all sent in the period September 24 to October 11
this malfunction is still being processed by Customs.
