Update – Issue with CERTEX declarations containing COI/CHEDA resolved

The previously reported issue in which CERTEX declarations with a COI or CHEDA certificate were incorrectly rejected in DMS with error message DMS19000 has now been resolved.
These declarations can once again be submitted in the usual manner. The use of the emergency procedure for this type of declaration is therefore no longer necessary.
