Update message: Double debited security DMS returns

As communicated earlier, it is possible that due to a technical problem in DMS some of your declarations are (have been) taxed twice. This occurs with declarations that had a ‘provisional’ status before April 20 and received a final status between April 20 and May 21.

Further investigation revealed that a double entry was made between the DMS declaration system and the financial records for the aforementioned declarations. As a result, these declarations were double taxed at your premises. In addition, it has become clear that your security does reflect the correct position, there is no question of a double entry. The cause of this problem has now been resolved. After further analysis of the possible solution, the situation will be rectified for the declarations in question.
