Update on NCTS disruption

We apologize, we are still working on inventorying the messages that have not yet been processed during the NCTS disruption. We expect to have a clear overview by 2 PM of which messages are involved and whether we can still submit them ourselves. In the meantime, you can optionally resend any messages for which no return message has been received, under the same LRN for departing documents. These messages will then be processed in the normal way. If a declaration is received twice due to our recovery action, the second declaration will be rejected. Therefore, there is no risk of duplicate declarations being registered. Around 2 PM, we will provide a further update on the handling of the messages.
