Update: on NCTS disruption

We are currently still re-injecting the messages that were not delivered to you during the outage. Unfortunately, this is taking longer than expected.
In the meantime, you can resubmit any messages for which you did not receive a return message. This applies to outgoing documents under the same LRN. These messages will then be processed normally.
If a return is submitted twice due to our recovery, the second return will be automatically rejected. Therefore, there is no risk of duplicate returns being registered.
