Update: Processing of declarations under regulation 61 10 temporarily disrupted in DMS

This message is an update to the previously published service notice regarding regulation 61 10. It has now become clear that the issue is not caused by regulation 61 10 itself, but occurs with certain suspension regulations, including:

• 61 10 F01
• 61 23 F05
• 40 71 C30

The root cause lies in a problem with a linking system outside of DMS, which results in declarations under these regulations remaining stuck at the status 'received'. A solution is currently being worked on.

If you have submitted a declaration under one of the above regulations and it remains stuck at 'received', you may use the emergency procedure. However, you must first contact the NHD (by phone or email) to request that the declaration be manually rejected.

Are you dealing with a different suspension regulation not listed above, but suspect the same issue is occurring? In that case, we also ask you to contact the NHD so we can assess the situation and, if necessary, manually reject the declaration.
