Update: Processing of declarations under scheme 61 10 temporarily disrupted in DMS

The previously reported incident in which declarations with certain suspension schemes remained stuck in the status “received” was fully resolved this past weekend. The issue was caused by an external integration system outside of DMS, which affected the following schemes:

• 61 10 F01
• 61 23 F05
• 40 71 C30
• 40 00 F15

The root cause has now been fixed and all systems are functioning normally again. Declarations under the schemes listed above are once again being processed correctly and no longer remain stuck in the “received” status.

Recovery actions

All declarations that were stuck in the “received” status as a result of the incident have been resubmitted and successfully processed.
